TWC used to be really good. Rectum, on the other hand, is abyssmal. They took away half the dynamic IPs I had under TWC and charged me 10 bucks more a month on top of it. Supposedly I was upgraded...

Supposedly I was upgraded to a 60 megabit connection, but a speed test shows a whopping 2.3Mbps. Maybe there's some fine print somewhere that 'mbps' now means 'millibits per second'.

If Charter ever wants to compete with Direct TV, they're going to have to get off their rears and actually spend some money and time on their equipment and user interfaces, and not just of email. Their tv cable service boxes and interface don't come close to Direct TV for user friendliness and efficiency. I would gladly sign up for the TV service again, but not until they update their equipment. You got that, Charter?

After speaking to them online and 4 e-mails later and a phone call I am advised that the ONLY way this can be corrected is for me to fill out a form with my personal inforation and a copy of my ID and fax (yes, I said fax) it to them or for me to drive over 20 miles to one of their extremely conveniently located stores. THEY made the mistake, not me...why does it take an act of God to correctly spell my name. And, if not corrected the only way that I can set up service onlline so I can manage my account is to use the wrong spelling of my name. WHAT, why should I have to misspell my name. Just fix it! For an internet service this is mind boggeling to me thta they don't have the ability/capability to correct this.....especially if they would simply look at my application, etc. and see that it is them that made the mistake. Haven't even had the service for a month yet and I'm seriously thinking about cancellation. Plus their service is suppose to be the fastest in my area...this service is so slow a snail could pass them by. The only good thing was the technician that installed the equipment (oh, that's right, he doesn't actually work for them, he is contracted).

I have charter and have never had a problem with Internet. I've had Dish Network their internet sucks real bad. Charter is 100 times faster than dish for the same amount of money. But Dish Hopper...

Don't bother when they tell you they will escalate a case and get back with you because they won't. Most of techs you talk to seem to not know their ass from a hole in the ground. I could be a tech there because I would give the standard answer and tell you to just unplug your router and after it didn't work I would say I'll send a signal. What the hell, this has never worked for anything, well maybe once it did. When you try and use their virtual support agent you will never get a solution, never. If I called charter every time I get some sort of error message, I would be calling daily.

As an employee of Spectrum, I'm going to be honest and say their shit sucks. Since the consolidation of these companies, things have only gotten worse. I deal with nonstop phone calls about complaints with slow internet service and pixelation on the tvs with repeat customers, all we can do is send techs out if you're having slow internet directly connected to the modem and you definitely need a tech out if you're having pixels on your tv. At that point, it's the techs job to get it fixed or put in an escalation ticket to the plaint service techs. Most of the time the techs won't put the ticket in..and most of the time customers have to call back in and all we can do is schedule another service tech (one that we hope is going to put in the escalation ticket) and cannot guarantee if that one will do their job or not. Hell, even if they do their job right and put in an escalation ticket for a network issue (issue is happening beyond your household connection) it won't even get addressed. I've been dealing with slow internet that is beyond the service techs capabilities to fix because the plant techs need to address it at the hub. I go into work and check my account and that tech didn't even put the f%@king ticket in for the plant people.. I get another tech out and he claims he put one in too but I haven't verified that as of yet. The tech that came out 4 days ago said he's been putting escalation tickets all in around my area for weeks. I've had him out there at least 4 times within the last 3 weeks. FIX THE f%@kING SHITTY SERVICE. UPGRADE YOUR GOD DAMN HUBS AND TRAIN YOUR f%@kING PEOPLE. EVERY TIME I HAVE HAD TO CALL IN, I AM PRACTICALLY TRAINING YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO DO THEIR GOD DAMN JOB. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK THEM TO LOOK INTO X, Y, Z AND BY GOD THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL ME THE TRB TICKET AND DESCRIPTION BUT YOUR EMPLOYEES DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO LOOK UP TICKETS. I've learned most of these "tricks of the trade" because of my tenure. I believe they only train people on how to speak with customers and use the shitty c360 dashboard tool to give them the info, but they should LEARN how to find things out on their own. I worked there for about 6 months before learning that T3 and T4 timeouts on a modem log meant that you needed a tech out, that is not something that they teach.

It got so bad I had to call the State of Ohio Public Utilities Commission, and guess what- they aren't overseen but the Utility Commission! Had to call the Ohio Department of Commerce. The ODC must have a direct line with this fu€king place. Someone called back within an hour- not that it helped. The service and product still blows!! Every time me or my wife would call about slow internet or cable not working the next month our bill would be $5.00 more with no change in our service! All they do is steal one way or another. I feel bad for elderly folks that try to deal with these idiots. I'm sure they're getting fu€lked thre ways to Sunday. It was about a year ago all the talk was how we were going to be able to eliminate the set top box! These mother fu€kers now made it so you need one on every tv you own, all to get more money out of you. False advertising and worthy of a Class Action Lawsuit. It is not their modems or climate changes affecting the lines or a line to someone's house slowly down the speeds - it is Charter Spectrum providing service on the cheap while charging premium prices. It's never been faster than 40 mbps for as long as I have been a customer. These problems started when I stopped paying for cable TV and they started putting traps on the line which resulted in a multitude of service calls related to corroded traps, but the problems continued after they stopped using traps. On their end they claim that there are no dropped packets, that everything works perfectly, and it must be a problem on my end. However, the fact that the quality of my connection depends on weather implies otherwise. I am convinced that they don't have the appropriate checks to determine if there is a problem, and now they claim they will be providing fiber optic soon? Ha! If they can't do better than dial up when it rains what makes anyone think they can handle that?

So, right now, I am trying to work and I can't because my download speed is 0.05 mbps and my upload speed is 3.19 mbps. That's fast enough to browse, but not fast enough to work under. Yesterday it was actually down to 0.005 mbps! and they have the audacity to respond to a lawsuits that they don't lie about speeds, that was time warner before they merged?

Since Time Warner switched to Spectrum, our bill suddenly started sporting a line item charge for "Home WiFi". I called and questioned what this charge was for, and was told it was for the wireless router they supplied. I told the rep on the phone that we have owned our own WiFi equipment for years, so there was no way we should be billed for this. The rep only offered to refund 2 of the 4 months this charge, so I asked to escalate to a supervisor. The supervisor then proceeded to LIE and state that we called and requested this change, and when we asked why we would do such a thing, he said that was what he wanted to find out. He then dug in his heels and refused to refund any of the charges that were made in error and pretty much dared us to go to the PSC and the FCC. I live for the day when our area opens up to competition in the broadband area!

My husband and I work second shift. We are still very active at that hour, we are basically just getting home from work. Right now, I am typing this because our cable hasn't worked for the past 4 hours. Customer service is a joke. If they tell me to unplug the box, count to 10, and plug it back in one more time...
In these times (which are often!) we rely on our "high speed internet." Another cruel joke from Charter. We can't even use an Amazon FireStick (they rely on your internet connection,) without issues. I hate this company so, so profoundly that the English language fails in expressing my true feelings. I know Dish Network has their issues, but for the love of anything good, it can't be this bad.

Now we're stuck with Spectrum and they literally just cut off our service in the middle of the day because we owed a little past due; my dad always had an arrangement with Time Warner to pay them at some point in the future, but Spectrum doesn't offer any assistance. Not only that but they're more expensive for less channels and I've had their signal cut in and out a ton, too. Their guide is inconsistent with showing the title and description of episodes, too; half the time it just shows the name of the series. The worst part is they're the only option for cable TV, Internet, and phone here.

Charter has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I recently changed my service plan. They can not tell me what channels I get with my package. The guide will only show All of the channels and will not filter out the channels that I do not get. I could build a favorites channel list of the channels I actually receive but they can not tell me what all of those channels are. I would have to go through and select each channel to see if I get it then add it to a favorites list. STUPID !. all other providers I have simply filter this on the channel guide. I have called 3 times My wife has called and we spoke to them on line and they simply can not do this.

OK...I know we had storms in our area last night...but this is it. First off I had Spectrum add TV to my account since I work from my home. I was told it would be an extra $85 per month. Well the bill just came in and guess what???? I'm now paying $285 for Internet and TV....WTF....I was paying only $85 before. So now they charged me $200 for TV??????? So we had Irma come thru last night in North Georgia. My friends that live only a couple of miles away still have Internet and TV with Comcast....I've been out for 18 hours now. How am I supposed to run my business??? I guess I'll have to go to my friends house. Maybe AT&T wasn't such a bad deal. I had Direct TV and Internet from them and never lost service. Spectrum is not only dishonest, but the service is horrible. You can't even get a person on the phone. There again, I know that Irma has caused a lot of damage but this is poor service in my opinion. You should at the very least be able to get someone on the phone with an estimate of when service will be restored.

I've dealt with a ss clowns in Eau Claire a few years ago, after they had a 'unexplained outage' that covered multiple States (coincidentally, Charter bought out and combined some of their competition at that time). I made a formal complaint to the PSC (MN), and the FCC (this is what we need to do). The EU Claire Charter Director came groveling to my door, bringing 3 techs, to appease my complaints. I told him it was too late, complaints were officially made, and that Charter can reap the penalties. People, Charter most likely got penalties in the millions; Not wishful thinking..reality. Take your complaints to the highest outside regulatory levels. Charter wasn't 'sorry', Charter was sorry it got correctly nailed.

Called Charter to negotiate a lower rate and talked with a supervisor that said he could do a deal for cable and internet for under $100. We picked up the equipment and installed it ourselves. When we tried to watch some of the channels we requested they had error messages that required an upgrade. When we called back and talked to the supervisor, he explained that he made a mistake and they could honor the deal. We then talked to three additional supervisors and were told they would not honor the deal, even though the agreement was recorded. We said they needed to pick up their equipment because I would not spend another penny dealing with them, including returning their equipment.

Charter's fraudulent behavior prompted the NY Attorney General to investigate for over a year prompting a lawsuit for Fraudulent & Deceptive Practices. Charter knowingly made false claims of speeds that they could not deliver. The state of Kentucky has since followed suit and also has an active investigation. Just recently or let's say since March 28, 2017 1800 employees went on strike for Unfair Labor Practices. Although the striking families have the support of most citizens of NYC, all unions (NYPD, FDNY, UFT, 32BJ, Teamsters, UFCW, RWDSU, CWA, IBEW, NYC Central Labor Council, AFM, DC37, SEIU, AFM 802, Local 338, etc.), NYC Mayor, NYC Comptroller, NYC Public Advocate, Senators, NY Gov and NYC Council it continues over 150 days! The workers are striking to keep what they've negotiated for over 40 years. Charter has taken a regressive approach as the strike has continued. Now they are sending a tech to check why I still have no phone and intermittent internet. How can a rolling black out damage equipment in my home? They are coming on Friday to check it out. I am one of many who experienced this outage. My son living miles away lost his and a friend living over a hundred miles away lost hers. I am disabled on oxygen 24/7 and need to be able to contact an ambulance if I need one. What the heck happened? I just want to understand what happened, not fault anyone, just an explanation to someone who is not tech savy about such things. Was Charter hacked or something?

Then about once a month it shuts down and I have to go through the lengthy procedure to have it reset. They have changed the box out four times now and it still doesn't work. The best part is the techs have all said that Charter is well aware of this problem but refuses to acknowledge it. I am paying $170 a month and supposedly am still in the promotional pricing?!!! They refuse do anything for me. I really hope someone else sees this and is interested in filing a class action lawsuit.

Spectrum a bad deal. Called to renegotiate my internet and cable to find that Spectrum will no longer support my 200mb internet. If I want the same price I need to downgrade to a 100mb at half the speed. There have many complaints out there about their 100mb internet speed. I was told by Spectrum rep. I can pay 60 dollars more for the 300. So I have to go backwards? I discussed their new 29.99 plan each. It does not include the 300mb, or the DVRs throughout the house. Spectrum even eliminated the Whole House DVR claiming they could not support it. Funny I would be charged 5 each box, then 10 each DVR in my four rooms. That's much more than I'm paying. If I go with them I'm paying 80 more for my bundle total with a lower speed internet. Why? Oh, but the Rep. states you get HBO, Showtime, & Cinemax for 8 bucks, lol What's the point if you use their 100mb to stream from those channels it's slow as heck. Even the on demand is a bit slow at 200mb. Spectrum is a rip off and screwing TWC & Brighthouse customers.

I'm an IT Specialist and I keep my eye on charters moves when it comes to internet speeds. I reset my router/modern every 7 days for clean data functions and to clear up the cache. You have to "physically call charter" to get your internet speed up, and I've done it three times this year. It'll stick me at about 110-120MBPS... and after about a month, it'll start slowly degrading until about it hits about 22-30MBPS... they do this because they know that 99% don't check their actual internet speed, they just look at their account information and base it on that, and charter makes bank and saves up server room by doing that... it's smart, but it's also ignorant. I'm sick of it. Can't wait for Google to make some smart moves... hopefully...

If it's that long of a wait for your loyal customers maybe you should think about hiring more service technicians to keep up with your failing service. About 1/2 the time, the service works at around 4-5 mb per second, if we're lucky. We call, they do nothing. I'm paying 60 dollars per month for internet that won't let me stream a freaking 240p video half the time! All I can figure is that they're just adding a shitload of new users to existing infrastructure without changing anything, INCLUDING marketing claiming speeds "up to" 30 mbps. I know "up to" are weasel words, but holy shit - you're saying "up to" 30 mbps, and I'm getting 1/2 a megabyte TOPS?

The worst part about this, is, it's a cheap antenna bought from Amazon and I installed it with related hardware for around $50. The picture is crystal clear unlike the blurry picture with charters cheap worthless electronic BS. .charter doesn't give a dam about their customers, nor do they want to know how we feel about their crappy equipment and crummy service. Try talking to someone at one of their stores. Their corporate mentality starts at the top and goes all the way to their sewer. The MORON that installed my recent service "clipped" at least 8 connections from "MY" homes existing coax (installed when the house was built). He wrecked it. He destroyed MY PROPERTY. WTF. And not only that but the installer told me that the equipment wouldn't be as good as the ATT stuff I was replacing. I could go on and on about these IDIOTS but I'll stop. My freaking BP must be in a dangerous area by now anyway. Oh, I'll be looking for a new internet provider in the near future cause CHARTER SUCKS!!!

When spectrum was time warner here in the dfw, tx area I ran into the same problem as many of you with poor internet service at night. January 3rd of 2015 my internet all of a sudden would just die at night and wouldn't come back on till the next morning. They put me through the ringer with this BS. Changed everything inside the house, changed the lines coming into the house, changed everything inside again because their techs are morons, and they even sent brain dead technicians at 1am to keep testing the internet speed. Morons...I ended up switching to their 100mb plan and got free internet for 8 months until my service just miraculously started working again. I found out 3 months before they fixed the problem that they were upgrading their network in my neighborhood and that's what was causing the problems. So instead of telling their customers we are working on upgrading our network, they just kept pretending like something on my end was messed up or someone was stealing all of my bandwidth, lol. Now that they are Spectrum, thank god I have not had any problems with them, but their prices are now insane. I wanted to drop my tv service because i'm paying $120 just for tv. My 200mb internet package doesn't exist anymore and I cant cancel my tv without losing that whole package. It's insane that their price for 100mb internet is now the same price that their 300mb internet used to be. Their tv service is trash. Constantly have to restart the box because it can't see my recordings or the service just keeps freezing.

We had the ability to help out people on fixed incomes by finding them a better campaign that would lower prices without taking away services (in some cases add services). Then the Rothchilds' of the Cable Companies merged (AKA Bought us out).They do not know how to run a company and they also do not care if one employee is creating a hostile work environment for another employee which is what happened to me, I got so sick of being tormented and harassed I had no choice but to leave the company and I did go through every single proper channel to try and resolve this but nothing was ever done, I was told because I was a man and she was a woman I better watch what I do. People were laid off (not only laid off, whole departments were liquidated), pay was cut along with the commission we were guaranteed. Then the price gouging started, raising customer bills without notification, Sales Teams (who are complete soulless husks) lying to customers about prices, what channels and internet speed they would be receiving. All of a sudden channels that were with a standard package that a lot of people watched were moved to a certain Digital Tier 1 package that cost 12 dollars more, then they would take half of those channels and move them UP to Digital Tier 2 which was another 12 dollars. No more campaigns (promotions) to help the customers with a fair price for their services. Then the employees started being treated like we weren't worth anything, people were being fired for both spending more then 5-6 minutes on a technical support call (Some of their old cable boxes take 6-7 minutes to restage and reboot), but also being written up and/or fired for not spending enough time to help the customer if a reboot/restage/hit does not work and end up rolling a tech truck. They do not know how to run a company and they also do not care if one employee is creating a hostile work environment for another employee which is what happened to me, I got so sick of being tormented and harassed I had no choice but to leave the company and I did go through every single proper channel to try and resolve this but nothing was ever done, I was told because I was a man and she was a woman I better watch what I do.

Even worse if I change anything they will drop the Time Warner internet speed of 200 which I have to 100 and require me to get two more cable boxes for my extra TVs. In short I will; get a slower internet and less channels and no phone but never mind because they will reduce the $60 increase by $20 bucks a month.... for 12 months. They will not allow me to keep what I have because "they don't support the 200 speed." If I want to increase the speed to 300 which they have it will be $180 a month. Are they nuts? It's simple, by terminating grandfathered accounts.

My service was terminated for non-payment in February. They were unable to bill my stolen Credit Card, which I forgot I set up on autopay with them, until the morning it was due and I got a text to that effect.

When I attempted to set up the replacement card on my phone application, they wouldn't allow access to the app because my account was suspended.

I called the number provided via the app, but billing wouldn't allow me to set up the new credit card because I didn't know "my" account number.

"My" account number, issued by Spectrum was not mine, it was theirs. However, it would be easy for me to supply it, except I that they turn off access to THEIR system where I could have easily seen my account number.

Further, because I opted for saving THEM money by getting only electronic bills, I was unable to provide the Account number on my bill which was masked for "MY safety.

They did accept payment from me, using my credit card, but wouldn't allow me to know how much the bill was, for MY safety. I had to guess at a dollar figure, but then they still wouldn't turn on my service, because I didn't know THEIR account number, and I didn't have MY license number on THEIR system as an alternate ID, and I didn't know THEIR pin they issued to me, which I still don't know, and have no way of finding out what it is, because I don't get a paper bill.

Then they upped my bill, and decreased my services, I had 200Mb down, 20Mb up (which is pitifully slow compared to the 50/50 I had with FiOS and a throwback to about 15 years ago) top 100/10 AND I am now paying $66 per mo. more!!!!

To add insult to injury, when I called, I was in a waiting area at a hospital due to my mother needing emergency surgery, and my daughter was home unable to do her school work online because service was disconnected. I was told my only option was to drive to a Brighthouse office to identify myself and pay my bill. I told them the Technician that installed my service didn't require me to identify myself before he took my check and turned on service. He could meet me at my house and I'd give him a check. They said they can't do that. I said I can't drive 30 minutes, there, and 30 minutes back, with my mother at the hospital, to pay a bill.

They refused.

When I got home that night, I found the original installation order with my account number on it, and asked for a supervisor to complain.

I got service restored and demanded a call from an Executive (because I was told I was already talking to the highest level supervisor).

30 days later, I got another reminder regarding their inability to charge my card the remaining 103, from the 300 I paid the month prior. I called and they said it takes 2 billing cycles for autopay.

I said, what, ok, but why is my bill 103 when I paid 300 and my bill was only $140/mo.

That's when I found out they terminated MY brighthouse grandfather billing, replacing it with THEIR new, lesser, more expensive billing.

But wait, it gets worse, because they had attempted to charge the other card twice and it didn't go through, they required me to go to a center with my license, to pay in person.

Why did they try to charge a card that was stolen and off the account?

In any case, I had to drive to brighthouse, where I identified myself. But then, they would not allow me to pay with the card they charged the $300 to the month prior.

THEY tried to charge the card that was stolen, rather than the replacement card.

The very nice, sympathetic supervisor at the local office apologized and suggested I call from one of the phones on the wall, and ask for a supervisor to see if they could waive the requirement for cash.

I got to a rep, who put me on hold for about 45 minutes, waiting for a supervisor. I asked the local store if she could do anything to get through to a supervisor. She said no. I asked where an ATM was, close to us. There weren't any that she know of.

I drove about 20 minutes, to get $303 in cash. And it required me to also pay the $2.97 service fee 4 x because I was limited to $100 from this ATM.

I have since called 3 times, demanding to speak with an Executive. I have thus far gotten no response.

After several months of getting the golf channel they have moved to a different tier level kind of like switch and bait. Good thing there is no contract because I'm look at switching now. There was no notification given just one day it was gone and when I called they would restore it but it would take about 5 hours so I waited 6 hours and I was still blocked. I called back a second time and was told by a supervisor they move channels sometime to different tiers and there was nothing he could do for me.

Woke up this morning, it was still out. Unplugged and plugged the modem once again to restore Internet.

I told them that due to a labor strike caused by corporate greed that wants to take away medical and pension benefits from employees and replaced with a so called robust plans that will cost the American workers a lot more money than the so called raise that Charter keeps on stating. Charter would rather have experienced workers walking a line and bring out of town workers to do their jobs. ( these workers probably don't go through background checks or are held to the same standards that an experienced worker does). If Charter/spectrum can do this to their employees, imagine how they feel about their subscribers. I told all my associates to disconnect from spectrum and go to other providers A.S.A.P. , until workers are back to work.

In Overwatch I usually have around 56 MS - 65 MS. Now I have 95-105 MS, with spikes of 160 ms. This causes rubber banding and is a pain in the butt. Sometimes the ping goes all the way up to 750 ms, or even d/c me from the game. Charter haves garbage internet.

I worked for Time Warner Cable and last year Charter "merged" with us. Since then it's been lies and disappointment. Not long after the merger, Charter told the FCC and the world that they would find jobs in their company for us. (Even though we were much, much larger than Charter - a truly piece of shit company). Later on we find out, sure we have jobs, but we have to move 30 days (Temporarily) after we take an offer (and a major pay cut - to do the same job, but with a lot more work) and be permanently moved within 90 days (after accepting said offer). There was no reasoning with them, they don't care about how things operate, they don't care about the customer service, and they don't care who knows it either. It's a real shame too, Time Warner had finally pulled itself together and was definitely getting right...Who allows these mergers? Where the only result is poor service, people out of work, and the only winners...The board members.

By the way, the people they cut...they didn't backfill those positions. So that means that groups that were providing support for certain services...Were not transitioned to other groups. Which means there is no one supporting some services. Truly, truly stupid Charter.

The TiVo service will cost $14.99 a month or you can do a year for $149.99. You will need one multi cable card from Charter which is $2 a month. This will give you a setup like Direct TV with whole house DVR and a decent guide instead of Charter's ancient DVR and there awful guide.

I am a student in Madison Wisconsin. Charter spectrum is the only network provider in my apartment building so we have no other choice but agree to pay 45 bucks every month for our "high-speed" internet. They guaranteed a 60 mb per second download speed but highest I can reach is 20 ish. However, that is not even a problem. The network is super UNSTABLE! I lost count on how many times it went down (at least 100+). It was down almost everyday from 9am to 2am. I had assignments and projects to submit on due date and I had to do that using school computer to make sure the network is good. The network is down right now since 2:30 pm. I am really sick of this company and the service. I am going to cancel this network service once the semester is over. Never in my LIFE will I become a charter customer agin, EVER!

They installed spectrum last Wednesday and this coming Wednesday frontier is coming back to reinstall everything and I got the price down to $115 without home phone. I had home phone through Verizon wireless before $23. Spectrum did not have multi-touch dvr, there guide is pitiful, looks like a child made it. Channels are hard to find guide is almost in code. Can't set up just a favorites guide without all of the other channels still showing. I should have read reviews before I decided to change.

So we search for the game. Charters guide keeps sending us back to the MLB channel. So checking out Fox Midwest we not us that the game is on Fox Midwest +. No such channel on Charter's guide. So, I call Charter Customer service. I get a young lady with a heavy accent. I tell her my name and the problem, and she then asks to verify my account. OK, I can see this. She then asks my name, I already gave it to her. Then she starts to ask about pixelation and other "quality" issues. I tell her she obviously isn't listening to me, I'm trying to find the St. Louis Cardinals game. At this point I've had enough, and ask to speak to a supervisor who speaks English as a first language. A few moments later, she is still on the line and telling me she is trying to find the SAN FRANCISCO fame for me" WTH!!! Again I demand to speak to a supervisor who speaks English as a first language, and she tells me that she does speak English as a frat language. At this point I'm down to repeating Supervisor, Supervisor... finally get a Supervisor, and to make a long story short, I'm told that the Fox Midwest + channel is 826, which shows in the guide as the "NHRA Drag Racing"channel, and the program description is for a drag racing event. Really? We are supposed to guess that this is where the game is at?!

If you all think that y'all have things bad try working for these @$$h0les...they give your install company 1000 boxes and only 250 remotes. Then to make things worse YOU as the install tech are responsible for the job. If the customer failed you on a survey because you didn't have enough remotes you get a $100-$250 back charge, then if this happens too often they fire you. This is only one example of this crappy company. That's just the tip of the iceberg. I hope the CEO rots in hell and his family all die of cancer.

Thanks for let me vent about this horrible company. I have 100 mps connection, or so they tell me. Wireless connection 20 feet from my router and its only 24 mps. Wired my connection is 36 mps....

Thanks for let me vent about this horrible company. I have 100 mps connection, or so they tell me. Wireless connection 20 feet from my router and its only 24 mps. Wired my connection is 36 mps. Garbage!!! Mt download speed is grand total 7.19 mps to update a game file. BS connection!!! And they were so kind to raise my fee by $5.01. I guess they needed the extra cost to cover golf fees. Pisses me off I HAVE to pay $76 a month just for inter and its pure GARBAGE!!
